Palmball Basics

Equipment
Palmball is the only sport played with two paddles; one held in each hand.
The game involves a lightweight, bouncy ball that players hit back and forth.
Objective
The goal is to rally the ball back and forth, working together to keep the ball off the ground. It’s a cooperation game, similar to Hacky Sack.
Don’t keep score. Keep it alive.
Unique Features
- Two Hits: Each player should try to use two hits on every turn. Control with the 1st hit, to pop it up to yourself. Track that 1st hit, don’t let anyone take it—you own that ball. Now, use your 2nd hit to pass it to your partner. Pop it. Track it. Pass it.
- Portability: Palmball is easily portable, making it convenient to play anywhere.
