Returns Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your Palmball purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support team at support@palmball.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
- Clearly label the package with the provided RA number.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our Customer Support team.
Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Warranties:
All Palmball products are covered by a limited warranty. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
To claim a warranty, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Support team at support@palmball.com with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
- If required, our team will provide instructions for returning the product.
Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accident, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications.
