The Palmball Station. Circle Up and Boost Skills.
At practice, your team often splits into smaller groups to refine key skills. Add a Palmball Station to your rotation and elevate every aspect of your game. While the coach focuses on the starting lineup, keep the rest of the team engaged and sharpening their skills, even while waiting to sub in. They'll stay active, and you'll eliminate downtime in practice. Boost your team's performance and unlock their full potential!
Do we have to use 2 Hits every time?
Controlling the first hit means using "Soft Hands," which keeps the ball from flying off uncontrollably. This hit is crucial for developing key skills in Palmball training. Start by tracking the ball after it leaves your paddle and ensure your feet are ready for a quick first step. Without control of the first hit, you won’t develop Soft Hands, footwork, or ball tracking.
